adding another top level domain to fd5hosting

first make a website in fd5hosting with the domain name as the 'have my own domain' entry so that the www.domainname site is reserved
add an entry to field domain name for the content type 'website'
make sure the dns handles wildcards properly for the domain (should be automatic now if it is a catchall domain)
