Jacques is the main coder for TMC, so if anything doesn't work then he's the one to badger :) Amongst other things he was one of the founders of ww.com, is commonly credited with inventing the 'live streaming webcam' and in general spends too much time behind his computer. For him TMC is a new start in corporate internet after a 2 year break.
