Joyce (nick: JOE) is an internet community builder of very respectable standing. She created one of the first ever user communities on the web and has extensive experience in management and user interface design. Joyce is at the heart of almost every concept that TMC has launched to date and if TMC would have a formal 'CEO' that would be her domain.
