Setup Disclaimer

We need to setup a disclaimer in which we mention that we are not responsible for the content which members place on their site. This could be a problem for Paysquare but in comparence with DAZ.com we are operating more like a "provider" and till now the providers in EU are not responsible for the content which is on their server.
