The Modular Company (TMC)

Something strange happened on this TMC site. I can not add cases anymore and the case-tracker is not visible anymore.
I am sure I didn't changed this because I can't login as administrator here.

Today I have created an other interface for TMC. Shuffled with the links as you may have noticed, but I am pleased now with this layout/setup.

I have used themes/garland which gives the option to also change the color-setting of the website. Instead of using the primary navigation (which is not very visible) I have moved the items to the main navigation. User login box is moved to the righthandside and there is one item left which I'd like to realise: put all admin links also to the righthandside so we don't have to search for these links when the site is a bit bigger.

Today I spent a lot of time trying to embed Flash games in the different gamesites and also tried different theme's.
There are two type of embed options which affiliates offer: a RSS/XML feed like Zylom offers which works perfect (see www.gamescollection.com) but others provide a piece of script including the .swf file. I have tried to upload the file on the same spot as where the embed code is submitted and changed the destination URL into play42.com/files/*.swf where the files are staged if you upload a file.

Unfortunately didn't get it working yet. I'll get into this later on.

What kind of stickyness tools would be interesting to develop?

It's clear that when users install a piece of software which is usefull they won't uninstall soon. See ww.com users keep using this software where there is more advanced software on the web. Development of software which is installed on the pc of the user is complex and needs a lot of maintance. But with this type of software you are in 'the livingroom' of the user, he starts his pc including your service, he doesn't have to surf to an URL to return to your service.

What type of websites are sticky?
